Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Ananeoo Wellness Inc. provides non-clinical Health Navigation and Advisory services offered through structured packages, retainers, and project-based engagements.

Because advisory services involve time, preparation, and reserved capacity, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled.

2. Advisory Services & Commitment

By engaging Ananeoo Wellness Inc., clients acknowledge that:

  • Services are advisory in nature

  • Engagements require advance preparation, review, and planning

  • Time and availability are reserved specifically for the client

As such, refunds are limited once services have commenced.

3. Individual & Family Advisory Packages

🔹 Before Services Begin

  • If written cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled advisory session, a refund may be issued minus a reasonable administrative fee.

  • Fees for completed intake or preparatory work are non-refundable.

🔹 After Services Begin

  • Once an advisory engagement has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

  • This includes completed sessions, preparatory work, written summaries, or ongoing advisory access.

Unused sessions or time within a package do not qualify for refunds.

4. Ongoing Advisory Retainers

  • Monthly retainers require written notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Retainer fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

  • Services remain available through the end of the paid billing period.

 

5. Clinic, Employer & Organizational Engagements

For clinic, employer, or organizational advisory services:

  • Refund terms are outlined in the individual service agreement or contract

  • Project-based work is generally non-refundable once initiated

  • Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing

 

6. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request to reschedule advisory sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be considered forfeited at Ananeoo Wellness Inc.’s discretion

 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Ananeoo Wellness Inc. understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

In exceptional situations, partial refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion, but are not guaranteed.

 

8. No Guarantees of Outcomes

Because advisory services support decision-making and navigation—but do not control outcomes—refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Healthcare decisions made by clients

  • Actions or inactions of third-party healthcare providers

  • Outcomes related to diagnoses, treatments, or system processes

 

9. Payment Disputes

Any concerns regarding billing or services must be raised in writing within 7 days of the service date or invoice.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in termination of services.

 

10. Policy Updates

Ananeoo Wellness Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
